We are looking for you who want to work as an HIR advisor in plant cultivation. HIR stands for Hushållningssällskapet's individual advisory service – through personal advice, we optimize farmers' production.

About the position

Are you attracted to the advisory role that requires both teamwork skills and strong personal drive? As a plant cultivation advisor at HS Gotland, you work closely with farmers and contribute with advice throughout the entire growing season. The role involves both field work and office work, where you support customers with issues such as crop planning, cultivation strategies, weeds, pests, and inputs.

You conduct field advisory services, write advisory letters, and offer advice within Greppa Näringen. The position also includes assisting customers with SAM applications and other EU support, as well as participating in field walks and customer meetings. As an advisor, you are an important support for farmers in their decisions and planning for sustainable and profitable plant cultivation.

About you

We are looking for a team player with good communication skills, who is independent and structured. You value delivering high-quality and meticulous work. At our company, the customer is in focus, and your role involves many contact points both internally and externally, so social competence is highly valued.

We strive to offer our customers a holistic solution, which includes close collaboration with colleagues within plant cultivation advisory, as well as our other advisors within accounting, law, and business development. Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education; Agronomist, Farmer, or equivalent competence.
• Service-oriented and communicative
• Comfortable with a digitized way of working
• A B-driver's license is required as travel occurs in the position

Experience in advisory services and practical farming experience is meritorious.
